What do your services include?
We are a full service catering company. For each event we put together a customized proposal with menu suggestions and a detailed estimate. A typical estimate includes the menu price, service staff, rentals and equipment. We can include floral pieces, beverages, entertainment and more as needed.

What if I am looking for specialty linen, furniture and additional decor?
We have the resources to procure all the necessary rentals. Just let us know what your ideas and we will create the complete look.

Do we have to select from a pre-set menu or can you create a customized menu just for us?
No, you do not have to select from a pre-set menu. All of our menus are customized to your taste, budget and event theme.

Do you provide beverages or is there a corkage fee if we provide it?
We are happy to procure the beverages for you, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic or you can provide them yourself. There is no corkage fee if you provide the beverages.

Can you provide references?
Yes, we would be happy to.

Do you provide wedding cakes?
Yes, we have a talented pastry chef on staff that bakes and decorates all of our cakes and desserts.

Do you charge a cake cutting fee if use an outside cake baker?
No, cake cutting is complimentary.

Do you cook onsite?
Yes, all of the food is cooked onsite. Our talented chefs prepare restaurant quality food at any location.

What if the venue does not have a kitchen?
We will provide all the necessary equipment to cook at all types of venues including tented outdoor events.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, just let us know what the dietary restriction is and our chefs will handle the rest. This includes kosher, gluten free, dairy free and nut free.

Do you provide tastings?
Yes, we offer private tastings at our Somerville office.

How much of a deposit is required to hold my date?
A $1000.00 deposit is required to reserve our services for the date of your event. The due dates of your guest count and your remaining balance will be laid out in your contract.

What is your payment policy? Do you accept credit cards?
We accept personal or back checks. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards at this time.
